Mistakes made so far

Just getting my grow room built. I'ts in the basement, 6'x6'x7'
1 poured concrete wall covered with 1" styrofoam. Other 3 walls are studded with drywall. 1" foam ceiling.
I am ready to order a 4" HO Can Fan w/ 4" Pro filter
dehumidifier just outside the room, which is another room approx 400 sq ft and holds laundry/furnace/hot water heater.
It is seperated by a door which leads to the finished area of the basement.
Just wondering about the setup. I plan on having my ballasts outside the grow room as well.
Starting off with 2 400 watt HPS/MH.
A/C and Heat are ducted in as well, off the main A/C and Furnace.

I am going to have to open up the ceiling to run my wires for the ballasts,
and I am going to have to do some more wiring, install an outlet just outside the room for plugging in the ballasts
I will have to move my air intake vent too I think. As I am going to place my ballasts in that area, don't want the heat being pulled into the room.
I am planning on cooling the lights with pc fans blowing air onto them.

Pictures!!!

Bet you thought I was just BS'n eh? LOL anyway, here are some first pics of my newb setup.
I have the ballast(s) outside of the room to eliminate at least that source of extra heat.
The fan I have mounted on the ceiling is actualy a pedestal fan with the base removed and mounted upside down. Works great, needs cleaning, yes.
The fan is a Valueline, so glad I went with it so far and saved over $100 bucks (CanFan). If it lasts it will turn out to be a fantastic deal. $69 bucks, blows like a tornado. Will really need the speed control I bought with it.
If you notice that I have some "light hangers" They are OK, but even with the tension all the way down the light does not weigh enough, so I have to place a small steel bar on top of the light to get the things to work properly. But with the weight they are pretty nice, easy to raise and lower the light instantly.

wont your exhaust fan pull all the cold air straight from your intake duct? or is it further away than the pic suggests?

It is a bit farther back than it looks, but I am not using it for intake. I have an adjustable vent at floor level. I thought I would duct in the A/C and heat as it was right there, and if I need it then I have it.
