Minimum light hours needed for flowering stage

Hello,
I have a 30 x 30 x 60 cm grow tent for breeding.
I wanna cross an Ethiopian male with two other females and the Amnesia Core Cut.
Right now I start with a 10 / 14 (lightness / darkness) schedule. But how far can I drop it, for obvious reasons I wanna reduce the stretch as much as I can.

Mid november in Germany has 9 hours lightness, so I assume dropping it to 9 is not a problem, as a few people managed to get a long flowering Haze in Germany outdoor in a golden fall (it is not usual though, but also another topic).

I suspect it will be a minimum DLI not a set amount of hours
Makes sense. I have read something about DLI, but didn't find anything specific for my use case.
I guess I will just go from 10 to 8 hours and increase the lightning with my E27 LEDs.
Currently, I only have one 10W LED with 6500k. As this makes bushier growth. They cuttings are freshly rooted.

For those folks like me, that never heard of DLI and don't wanna google it - the nutshell version:
It means: daily light integral and is a mix of mainly lightning duration and light intensity (PPFD).
But other factors also matter, like the stage of the plant.

Here is the formula:
DLI = PPFD x light hours per day x (3,600/1,000,000)
