actually only a small percentage of those that steal power get busted from what I've read, usually due to fires.

obviously it's stupid but if you have a massive grow and a massive power bill that will probably lead the police to your grow faster. I know here B.C hydro will monitor electric bills and they work with the police to bust grow ups so if you have a 2000 dollar electrical bill then they are going to get suspicious.

i didnt see any video but according to the local news he got popped cuz someone snitched about all the people coming and going from the house. then the cops sey up a stakeout.
