Have you been foliar spraying at night time?

You growing in a basement? or an area that is prone to mildew? You using a meter to test your RH or just guessing? 65 is pretty cold, sounds like you are in an area that is like a basement or attic.

Does it wipe off when you touch it?
You got pictures?

You said you found it in your girls, is it on the leaves or the buds?

Oh yeah...no moisture has gotten on the buds and there are fans running in the room for circulation constantly

Stitch I am not guessing on the RH....It is just a well insulated room....at 65 this is pretty close to where the ac duct comes in and I would say that in the warmest part of the room it would be closer to 70.....this is when she is just finished and she was ready to take out

I don't have pictures of it.....I wasn't thinking about pictres when I found it and cut the buds off the plant and disposed of them...,when you touched it the bud material was so bad that it just powdered up and fell off....this part of the plant had been positioned in a way that was not allowing that part of the plant to get any light

Humidity is really the only cause unless you are misting your plants; then that can contrubute to bud rot.....

That is pretty much what you can do is dispose of them, but make sure it is out of the room.

Transpired moisture thats not evaporated off the foliage and out of the buds IS the main cause of rotting & moldy buds. Its bad effects can be just like foliar spraying them soaking wet several times every night.

Thats obviously not good enough. You need adequate exhaust as well as circulation thruout the darkness, especially in hydro grows and grows that are confined to an enclosure. Mold just doesnt happen unless theres excessive moisture.

When you say "no moisture has gotten on the buds", you are in essense saying that your plants don't transpire in the dark.

Thx all I will see what I can do...Moisture was the only thing I was coming up with myself....it just seemed so strange to me that this one plant was the only one coming up with the problem

It could be that this one plant was the only one not getting a good breeze from your circulation fans...perhaps its the lone plant in the corner ?
