Micro grow DR40 Diesel vs AK47

Hi there,

2 months ago i finished my Lowryder 2 grow in my small dr40 growroom.

I got 32gr. from 3 plants so thats ok for me I used Biobizz Allmix. And 90W CFL's.

Now i am going to start a new grow with my DR40. The size is 40cm x 40cm x 120cm. I am using:

DR40 darkroom
125W ecolite cfl
4 Liter pots with plagron Batmix.
no nutrients batmix should be ok for whole cycle.

Now i am thinking of following strains:
JD Dieselryder
Lowlife Auto Ak47

I like the cola like size strain from the dieselryder but i like the energetic buzz from the auto AK47.

The problem is i don't know if i can place 4 auto ak47 in my small room ?

Hope you can tell me what is the best for the small room, with 40gr i am
happy

If you can place those 4 pots in ur tent i see no problem.

Ok thnx, they fit easy they are 16x16 cm.

I hope they don't bush to wide, then i go for the ak47

Daffy420 : I saw 125W cfls but those seem too big for dr40. Havr any photos of your setup ?

Hi there,

i got my 125W Eco-light yesterday, they are about 32 cm.

I ordered a reflector yesterday, it is 60 cm, i am going to make it
custom with a build in fan.

Give me some days, and i post you some pics.

Im just done with 10 AutoAK's in 3.5liter pots, and they grow mostly straight up, not so bushy. I'll post some pics later today so you can see.

i've got 4 liter pots, size 16x16

with the lollypopping sounds very interesting, but does anybody know if it works with autos ?

I am going to try it for sure with the lolllypopping.

I have to say the ecolight is a very very big beast for an 125w haha although i see
no problem fixing something i have my doubts.

What do you guys think 1 x125W or 5 x 23W cfl's. In some strange way i don't trust
those big cfl's

Hi,

no i don't have fem seeds, i put them in small pots wenn i can see the sex i am going
to the 4 litres.

Wenn i have to much ladys i make me some seeds from it

Next round i also going for pl system. I ordered 3 x pl 55w tubes etc etc so i am going to
make my own reflector. All is going to fit in the dr60.

But for now first this small grow

nice pics,them's some sweet girls ya got there Troy.No....just curious as to what your yeild was. I just put mine in 3 gallon containers under a 600w hps. I hope there monsters.

Hi,

Thnx for the pictures ! They look awsome.

I started for 9 days with 8 seeds Auto AK47

Soil is 50% regular seed soil / 50% plagron batmix and on top some Seramis.

Lights i used where first 7 days 4 blue cfl bulbs.

From day 8 i used 125W Eco-Light Red. Lights go 19/5. Distance 5 inches
from plants

5 are going ok so far, 1 is very tiny, 1 didn't came to life.

1 has very droopy leaves, but the leafes aren't weak they just pointing
down.

Dirt Diggler: Thanks! I chopped and manicured 2 of the smallest yesterday. I'll get back on the weight, but let me tell you, they where a total pita to manicure! Thats for sure!

Daffy420: Looking good I would just let that sucker grow, just threat her like the rest and she'll prolly get her act together.

what kind of light were they grown under? thanks for info on ur gro.
