You actually got calls on jobs in Lansing? lol... I looked for work there for two years while sucking the unemployment teet. Fell victim to GM's bullshit a couple years ago and got downsized out the door. Moved back to the pinkie area and got my old high school job washing dishes. Seems like a lot of folks around here are still at those old high school jobs. Lifers I think we used to call them. he he... Nice and quiet up here though. Miss Lansing - the dispensary in old town (danny's) advertises on the radio that they'll pay $4000 a pound. Even the raggy ass bullshit immature buds - they sell the shit out of it for $400 a zip.
lansing is a boil on michigans ass.... ihate that city.... if your looking for general employment... 8-10 an hour you can go to any major city and find some kind of job anywhere in the country... the problem is that people that work there ass off and are in spelciaty fields where the whole industry tanked and they used to make 15-40/hour and now they tell ya to go work for 8-15 it dont really pay the bills...

I'd go with Maine if you can handle the winters. The higher price of living should balance out with the higher value of product there.
lansing's the most happening town in MI for MMJ, more than ann arbor. like 40 businesses related to it. pretty well established turf for some. i predict it to be overrun soon and prices will drop there first before detroit, flint, AA or GR will lower. cops are also busting clubs left and right keeping great supply unavailable to lots of patients in need(60,000 with cards so far).
not impossible just need to know what your doing and have some capital...

Hydroworld got robbed? No big surprise, it wasn't a very tight shop to begin with. Last time I was in there the big ogre selling the bud was strapped with a 45 on his side for the world to see. Seems as if they were making so much money they'd have a guy behind that dark drape with a shotgun waiting for something stupid to happen instead of a strapped dealer. Danny might be a bit of a joke, but you gotta admit, the guy's got balls opening the store like he did. The first few days there was an unmarked cop car parked across the street photographing the ppl coming and going.
Haven't heard about any clubs getting busted here in Michigan. I go to the bay medical collective in Traverse sometimes. Overpriced but the quality is starting to improve. What's up with the CPL? Tasted like a SSH and had a distinct cat piss odor, was curious about it's lineage as I've been hearing about a cat piss pheno of ssh for a couple years now. Insanely priced but it was the best stuff I've gotten from there yet. They did have some "Chocolate Thunder" that was really good too, harsh but packed quite the punch.
As for the local police, I am just getting setup to get growing again. Hoping to be able to flip some overages to make up for our lovely job market here in the NW - just don't want any problems...

Don't kid yourself with the 99 plant minimum..Anyone caught with a lb of finished product its automatic jail time. I have friends born and raised in Maine and most grow..Peeps are misled by that 99 plant figure.Med patients(I am one) are currently limited to six plants...and 2.5 oz finished product..good luck

i know of three different GROUPS of 5-10 to 20 people that dont do shit but rob people... They find out who grow who deals and watch ya for a week and then kick in your door... if they dont find shit they come back and do it while your home... lansing in not a safe place to live if this is the game you want to get into... The poorer the city the worst the crimes peroid....
id go to maine get a place out in the country or go to michigan country michigan is beautiful and can be cheap... however i dont say its ever safe....

although I guess in your situation (not necessarily yours specifically, more like your state situation) dispensing to the clubs probably makes you a target. I'm sure robbers (to include robbers with badges) are watching every club and following people home.
Really sad that these are the steps required in a legal market. It really is. It's even sadder that people, good people, not thugs, have to do this shit just to survive.
