Hi I'm a michigan marijuana patient coming to town in jan or feb for 2 days in oakland & 2 in la. I was hoping while I'm in town to score some genetics would appreciate any help or advice!

I've heard that smart folk might set up an appointment at the
Inglewood DMV online about 1.5 hrs after you land at LAX.
use your passport to grab a state ID. hopefully you have family or
friends who will let you use their mailing address. they mail a physical card to
you in 6 weeks. you leave the DMV with a receipt that is your temp
ID. the doctor and most dispensaries will accept it along with your passport photo ID.
Oregon does not have a residency requirement for their MMJ
program if you are uncomfortable about the residency issues.
several dispensary states like Mi and Maine exist where you can purchase genetics with
an out of state MMJ rec.
someone will want to pipe up that this is somehow illegal or immoral
and a stain on prop 215. I say BS! if mitt romney can have homes in states
all over the country or use his son's basement as an address to let him vote then
I won't lose any sleep over being a part time cali resident. when I'm there I spend
lots of money stimulating the economy while I search for the best meds.
now drive to venice beach, you will get your rec there. walk in, pay,
bring some medical paperwork if you are really sick. 15 minutes
later you are sampling the local flavor.
You could really get your rec anywhere, just get out of Inglewood Jules!
the getto is the best place to go when you are in need of
helpful folk at the DMV who really don't give a F*#$. the getto
dispensaries are weak IME.
do most of your med shopping up north where the prices are low, buy your
OG Kush's in LA. next time I'm there Imma go to Progressive options for a big helping of OG clones.
Good luck, it is cheap and easy to get your card in cali, go legal.

I got my card in venice with a michigan ID.
They just made me sign a thing that says i live there temporarily, and only some dispensaries would take it but its better than nothing.

Im going next month. I'v heard I can get the gsc cut at speedy weedy delivery. Anybody know about the specific cut they have?

yea i got picked up by the puppy mill place where my friend went a few doors down to a pretty respectable doc. the puppy mill place wasnt even on the beach they shipped me out to get processed and it took over an hour in a lil shack with a bunch of dumasses just like me. my buddys wanted to leave it was taking so long
We both paid the same but he got a whole year cert where mine was three months and they wouldn't tell me that until i was paying. they kept saying the doc would decide if i got a year or whatever but it was only how much you wanted to pay. I got a hard card with my pic with a tie dye legalize it tapestry behind me...

I'm glad to hear it worked without state ID in Venice for you but that won't fly in the Bay
from what I've seen. I've been in some shady dispensaries but prefer the nice ones.
I'll bet delivery services are not as picky as a place like Harborside. ID is fast if you make
an online appt. they take you right to the front of the line.
I predict some major legal clone ops in Colorado coming soon... will full legal Cali take
4 more years?
