Mexican Bat Guano

Is Mexican bat Guano a fast acting nitrogen Source or does it have to break down first? I know the seabird guano is, but I don't have any of that, and i need something that is available fast. I am having a N def and was wanting a quick fix.

Hey bigmo if you dissolve it in real warm water its fast acting. Probly within a week you'll notice the leaves starting to green back up. For slow release you can sprinkle it on top of the soil or mix it in and then just give it water. Hope this helps. peace and *bong* :friends:

I use the mexi BG.. And it works pretty fast.. Although i have one plant that is
a lot more lighter green than the others.. And it didnt darken it up.. So i dont know if it has a defincency or not.. THe leaves are all ok no crisp golden tips. or any signs of def. So i dont know if that will help you for that.. But yes its pretty fast acting in i used hot water and i also crushed the guano up a lil bit as it clogs my hand feeder up.
Hope this helps some.. im going to use the Indo BG for flowering.. peace..
[Edit] Dont use th recomended i did and got some pretty good nute burn..
i went half strength.. And still noticed a difference..
