WELL!!!! One more week done and gone!!!! This one's starting off with a bang don't know yet if it's true. But it appears that it is. The U.s. sentencing commission is as we type starting to process inmates to ease the over crowding they are starting with those over 50 who are costing them money over medical reasons. Im costing them a bunch. they are also giving all drug offenders a two point reduction in sentence if so I will be out in no more than 18 to 24 months and may be sent home in the next few months. Will check more mon. and add that info to this letter but a great start to the week.

Sen. Leahy is haveing talks on Med. MJ. the 10th of Sept. Please if you care at all call or write his office and tell him your story and or feelings. It is Sen. Leary 202-224-4242 437 Russel senate Bldg. U.S. Senate Washington D.C. 20510 PLease do this asap and tell your friends this is very inportand to us all.

Still no word about seeing the Doc. about my liver pray they do something soon. Not scared to death but do have some major concerns about this. mostly because it takes so long to get them to do anything. we were locked down all afternoon there was a terriable beating today at lunch. surprised he's still alive but he walked away with help from a couple guards. this place really is horrible we are so overcrowed it's insane. The BOP says each of us should have 65 sq. ft. of space they haave four of us cramed in to 70 sq ft. with 2 bunkbed's and 4 lockers and 4 chairs only one of us can get out of bed at a time. Oh well thats the FED'S doing their usual fine job of mangment. Once again I pray we all enjoy JAH'S many blessing's.
