read on another forum that somewhere in this program it was stated a recently passed bill was going to inhibit any new dispensaries from being opened.

true or false? anything to that liking come up in the program?

Dan talked to Bonnie Dumanis in San Diego and she was clueless about where med patients are supposed to get medication. The program did say that L.A. has put a moratorium on more med clubs. No mention about any recently passed bill.

We need someone who is actually involved in, and has experienced great benefit from the medicinal use of cannabis to do a good report, go around to the dispenseries and show how things really are, and talk to patients.

alot of the spotlight so far in media and such is just toward whether or not it should be legal to use, the feds great disapproval of the medical dispenseries etc.

ill have to check on that though, am always interested in watching programs on such a touchy subject for so many.

there is also a tape you guys should look up its documentary video about patient "0" the first federally prescribed patient to cannabis. my memory is not allowing me to remember its name. but it is a great video, it will almost bring you to tears at some points how hard hearted ignorance and hate can be.

The Federal patients get their meds from an authorized grow at the U. of Mississippi.It is shitty 6%THC weed that comes from pollinated plants and males chopped up together. It is hardly better than Mexi brickweed. Patients undergoing medical programs have dropped out because the stuff is so harsh. Many complaints about stems and seeds. U. of Mass recently sued the DEA to get permission to grow higher potentcy weed for medical research. The DEA had jacked them around for 6 years. The DEA administrative judge is going to force the DEA to allow it.

Thats good news to hear! Hope they get some better herb soon.

with all the medical Fine herb they have been seizing these days, they should at least be handing that back out the the federally prescribed patients in great need of that top quality smoke. Hope things start turning around in america for suffering people in need.
