Medical Grower in need of strain suggestions

Been eyeing the summer months with some glee but a lot of trepidation. I'm legal but only experienced inside grower. I decided against any greenhouses or enclosed to avoid attracting unwanted attention. I have a nice patch among my bamboo which will probably blend well with without being too obvious. Ideas welcome!

Requirements:
45 latitude, 16 hours daylight in May
Low/No Odor
Good Yield for 20 Gallons Soil or less
Ideally early finisher or something I could grow to size indoors

Candidates I'm already eyeing in my collection is PeakseedsBC Northern Lights and Seedsmans Top 44 Skunk

But I would love to hear some suggestions, my main concern is yield and security. Regardless of legal I fear rippers being so urban. Anything you suggest it would be great to have a source with it, I have no problem placing a bit of investment for a good return.

Wappa looks good, I was even looking at the auto wappa which might turn a couple harvests given my area of the globe. I would be concerned non-auto Wappa is smelly and takes the full summer to run. I also searched around and only found people growing it indoors. Any ideas on smell? the Auto?

As for Mr.Nice which ones are low odor and outdoor ready? Information I've found just seems like marketing and not real characteristics on smell and height.

I was liking the idea of getting an auto that is prepared for outdoors. It seems most autos perform best under light conditions only indoors can do (18 hours + ) but does anyone know of a outdoor auto that maybe does 60 days so I can get two harvests in? I was trying to bridge the gap with Top 44 Skunk which is suppose to have a early harvest being around 48 ish days. I saw I think it was Hydro-soil talking about basically growing to size indoors then taking it outdoors to flower. This sounds like a great idea. However anyone with experience in general with growing along the 45 would love to hear you experience, especially urban.
