Measure Ph in bottle or from runoff ?

I have some plants with around 3-4 weeks left in flower, they do have some problems with Ph, leafs curling under and look burned on the end.

I have noticed my runoff is Ph 5.4-5.7 when I put in Ph6.7 water.

I have been using TopCrop soil this year, and I tested some soil by mixing a cup of it with Ph7.5 water anf filtered through a sock and tested. It came out at exactly Ph6.5.

On my next water I was thinking of putting the Ph7.5 water.

What is best? Do I water and almost flush with 6.5 water and nute mix until it comes out at Ph6.5 or close. Or do I water with Ph7.5 water nute mix and try to get the correct ph without overwatering?

Thanks :)
