Meanwell driver lifespan

How long have you folks been using a single driver ? I just had a small one take a crap on me. It’s one of the small universal ones and I’m lucky I had a spare. I have 3 HLG 65 4K lights for a few smaller mom and clone cabinets and it has me thinking about the bigger one on my main light and considering ordering a backup.

The defective rate of meanwell driver is 1/10000. So the lifespan could be much longer than you can imagine.

My first post here... Anyone have experience RMA'ing a HLG driver from USA?

I purchased 4x HLG320h-c1400b for 2 fixtures on May 30th of this year and woke up to my eyes burning yesterday and the house full of smoke! The fixture hasn't even been running 2 months at ~60% so I'm very disappointed and thankfully the plants are in veg... I've been keeping a close eye on it because the driver that failed has been running hotter than the other 3 from the minute I first fired it up. They are all remotely mounted outside the tents and have a dedicated fan.

Any info on what to do would be GREATLY appreciated!!! I've tried to contact the seller with no reply yet. The RMA link on Mean Well just links to a login on Telerex which is for Europe... Mean Well USA just has contacts for sales. Frustrating!
