Those of us in N America won't have experience with the UK or European MFD box fans, so comparisons aren't possible for us.
It's hard to make recommendations when there are too many unknowns, like the size & number of lights, enclosure & room size, duct length & bends, outside venting vs recirculation in a larger room.
Properly configured, ducted reflectors greatly reduce the need for ventilation & therefore fan noise. Plants need a lot more airflow when the light is on to control temperature than when the light is off, so dual speed fans or even dual fan installations can help, if you run the light during non-sleeping hours.
I have a S&P 125 mixvent, which is a relatively quiet fan, producing only air movement white noise. No motor or vibration noise. Vented outdoors through relatively short & non-restrictive ducting & carbon filter, it's adequate for an enclosed reflector 1000w light in a 4'x4' enclosure during cool weather but must be supplemented with another fan during summer months.
People actually run white noise generators to help them sleep, because they cover other noise.
