MCR-The JR Project continued (Jacks rainbow)

Introduction.
The Jack's rainbow project started back in 2018 I think over on overgrow. https://overgrow.com/t/the-tardis-jacks-rainbow/14667
Rather than going through the entire back story you can look at the above link.
The original cross was
exotic seeds-tangerine kush
Amsterdam marijuana seeds-Rainbow Kush.
With lifes ups and downs and moving houses/cabins/boats etc quite a lot this project sat on the backburner with a few false (continuation more than starts).
I lost the last 6 I had in the loft but started some more and handed 4 fem f2's to a friend. Who informed me yesterday he had rooted 16 cuts for me. What a gentleman
I sent my old solstrip light to a friend up in scotland who needed to be growing more than me at the time. So have had to borrow a HPS off another friend today (not collected yet so could either be a 400 or 600w) but that will be temporary.

I'm just about to go and tear down the tent from the loft and clean it up and re assemble in the bedroom as climbing the loft ladders is hard work.

So this run is going to be as follows.

120x60x150cm tent.
4" fan and filter.
4" ram circulation fan.
18" circulation fan (I know overkill but its what's there).
HPS 400/600w?
7 litre gorilla tubs as coco pots using canna coco.

I think for ease this run I'm going to go back to tried and tested advanced nutrients sensi grow and bloom ph perfect. Shogun PK warrior 9/18 Finishing up with a simple epsom salt flush.

All the cuts are labelled from corresponding plants I'm receiving tonight. So 4 will be potted straight up with a couple weeks veg and run. And the other cuts will be under a low power (probably LED work lamp to keep them in a kind of stasis whilst I find the keeper plant)

I've planted 4 of the JR/A (a different pheno's beans from the f2 drop) and 10 Sunshine daydream f2bx1 I received from @HolyAngel in the Hope's I can find a male with the traits I would be looking to try and outcross into the JR for 3 reasons.
The first being the nerve pain healing properties that SSDD is said to possess. as I have a spinal injury. The second to try and tame the unruly SSDD by crossing with a shorter/stockier by nature kushy bush.
And the final reason being so I have regular seeds to work with for the future.

I still didn't manage to get the light last night. Another friend called me and asked for my help with something so got him sorted instead. But I did pot the rooted cuts into small coco pots. (Didnt have enough left in the bag to fill the 4 pots)

I've woke up this morning to 7 SSDDF2BX1 breaking ground. I've decided against using AN this run so I can put the money into a better light soon. So I'll be using chempak instead after seeing my geordie mate do so well with it.

Not all the SSDDF2BX1 will be staying with me. They'll be going to my mates space where I collected (a few of them anyway) as he has a mother room. He can take cuts but cant establish a seed for some reason lol.

I did take some pics last night. And will get some more when in. But need to take a trip to the hydro shop first.

All cuts were fed

Still awaiting the light but been and grabbed another sack of can a coco. Got 4 cuts potted up. Another 4 that will be going into a different space whilst I figure which is the keeper out of these.

Turns out it's a 600w with dimmable ballast so running 250w. Made up 10l of feed.

Govee bluetooth thermohygrometer is due tomorrow. Aswell as the chempak. Might feed again then do a decent dryback upping the feed to about 500PPM chempak 2

Govee bluetooth thermohygrometer came. temps started at 28⁰c and humidity around 49% which for newly rooted cuts just won't do. So went and bought a 3.2l cool mist humidifier and put that in. Dropped the temps to around 24⁰c and upped humidity to around 80%
Which means my VPD is now optimum at 0.62kpa. (I will be paying a lot of attention to VPD throughout the run)

Fed a 375ppm feed of chempak 2.
5.75pH.

Now for a good dryback. Watch the cuts look worse before they get better.

Each plant now has a corresponding tag. Early night for me watching my name is earl and setting up the growtracker garden.

As I'm trying to keep track of the breeding data. I should be able to export the garden to PDF after every run.

Had to make up 2 feeds today. 6l/733ppm/5.2pH runoff was 5.9 for the Jack's rainbow cuts.
2l/375ppm/5.4pH for the SSDDF2BX1. And JR/F2/A seedlings.
Light still at 250w.

VPD is up and down a bit whilst the tent is open but on the whole is looking good.

Theres been so many setbacks. But everytime something has gone right the time has been right. I appreciate everyone helping on this and the intent is still the same. Send the beans out to anyone who wants some bro. Even if it takes 15 years of failure. It's as much your project as mine

Flipped the light to 18/6 a few days ago. Will probably wait another week or so before flip. The SSDDF2BX1 we just need a male from. All the rest are fem JR.
Updates will be slow until whatever illness this is shifts too much breathing germs in queues at alton towers.

Seeing some deficiencies which I'm not attributing to the chempak but I have got some mega crop on the way tomorrow so I'll be using that.
My humidifier hasn't been lasting and I've been here there and everywhere so not been able to maintain levels the best. (Dropping to like 39%RH with sometimes 31c+ temps)
I have added an additional 18" circulation fan too.
Light is still at 250w. Think I may try and crank it to 400w at the end of flower.
Will get photos and screenshots of what's been going on a bit more thoroughly later. Theres nothing too dramatic I'm gonna panic anyway.

The illness is covid. Paired with back pain I've been kinda useless lately. And I'm still not actually better.

Lost 2 JR cuts. They literally wilted and no bounce back. they weren't corresponding cuts either.

I've changed the feed from chempak to megacrop. And flipped to 12/12 now. Hopefully we get that good looking male from the SSDDF2BX1. Once this run is done. Will be starting the outcross regular seeds as a test run. Seeing If i like what I see.
