Right on MK should have a nice stash to get you thru to the next Harvey. Nothing like growing your own smoke as Hank jr sings aint to many things an old boy cant do. Keep posting up smoke report .Bud

I'm very happy with my first attempt. I'll be chilling for a while and not hurrying to start anything up for the next few months at least, maybe not until next year.

You say that now, but Ed Rosenthal put it best, "Marijuana isn't addictive. Growing it, is."

Glad you're having a good run, it only get's better.

thanks WDI. It was fun. I've got to work on finishing and my harvest/cure process. I'm really lost in this department. knowing when to cut, how to get the gals to fade and turn colours, etc... I didn't have a drying room or area prepared this time either so they dried with the lights on... nothing optimal about the finish. but the mmj dried and its in jars :)

with half the plants down, my yield is around 500g. my one Sweet Black Cream (BC1) did over 6 zips alone. That was the biggest yielder and skews the average a bit, 100g/plant ave.

Had to ask the wife to buy two more boxes of 1/2 gal ball jars since I ran out

I hear that about the jars. I need a couple half gallons myself. I've been making do with old spaghetti and pickle jars but that's a tad ghetto.

Sweet, the first harvest out of all that work and enough to last a whole year. That's what I consider successful. Plus the bonus of not having to buy MMJ.

I never realized autos got so tall. 67" is a tall plant. I couldn't run that in my cellar because it would be too tall.

Hey Pakalobro, thanks for stopping in man. The yield was outstanding, I had no idea what to expect so I figured I would at least get a 1oz/plant average... not. way more. It turned into a real jungle which for the most part I really enjoyed. Its just that I didn't get those gals staked early, didn't expect them to get more than 36" or 40". but in my system most of them grew 48"+ I had 3 or 4 go over 60". more likely because of my poor light management and just too much varietal differences to try to accommodate in the same space.. ... timber... I had a few flops which turn out to not be so much fun... hehe but these AFs can really grow and produce. Not like a good photoperiod plant in a dialed in system - I'm not seeing that kind of potential in them. But the finished AF mmj is as good as 90% of what I got before.

the experience is entirely new when you absolutely know everything about the mmj you are enjoying. it is quite odd and unexpected, satisfying. I'm thrilled it isn't ditchweed!

The room performed great, even with a premature build end and quick grow start up. Circulation is awesome and my portable AC has had no problem keeping up. the light timer and auto feed I set up worked great also, no problems.

I'm so happy for you after all that effort, time and energy that you put into that room.

Are you going to keep with the AFs or are you thinking about going with sativa/indica strains?

I don't use any AC but my cellar stays about 60 degrees all year around. In the summer I have to keep the doors open and the temperatures run 68-86. In the winter I have to use a small heater to keep it warm at night. Otherwise it would drop down into the mid 50's. Because I'm growing without bottled nutrients I don't want the micro-herd to go dormant at night.

Saw they had you listed in the newbie contest. Wish I would have known; would have been watching all along.

Great looking grow. Love all the variety.
