Maximum temps for THC/CBD??

High yall..
Im about to make a large batch of QWISO, and i was wondering if anyone knows what kinda temps the oil can handle..im doin the iso on some moldy buds, and id like to heat the oil to 120C...can this be done without degrading the oil??

I did a lil research, but im not sure on how to interpret it.

here is states that the boiling point of THC is 155-157*C...does that mean that, it will be ok as long as its below that?

is it ok to make bho or qwiso with moldy buds? my friends plant took a turn for the worse so hes got a almost flowered plant sitting dead on the deck.
