Max CFM - 4" exhaust

So I've got my rooms with scrubber/exhaust into the attic. I'd like to use the existing 4" hole in the roof (normally for bathroom) as an exhaust for the attic.

Is there a way to determine the max CFM without diminishing returns? I'm running a 6" inline with a reducer.
