Master Kush growers.........

My plants are at about 50% red hairs with 90% cloudy trichomes. When do you harvest for best effect? I'm at 12 weeks of 12/12 from seed.

They certainly don't look ready - but 12 weeks is a long time for MK. Did you have any big problems with the grow?

well i just finished a grow of the masterK under a 400 and i took the harvest in 2 parts, first at 61 days from the start of 12/12 but the plant was showing preflowers while in veg and it was a clone. The second harvest at 69 days and i have yet to try it. The 69day plant had a yellow tint to the frostys if you know what i mean. the 61 day nugs had a more white look to it. The 61 day nug with an 8 day dry is an excellent high we shall see how the 69 day high is and i will report back on that. If you went 12/12 from seed somethings will be different but if you know when you noticed the flowers starting figure about 55 days from then maybe?

No. The grow went along smoothly.

Thanks for your input! It helps. Maybe I'm too anxious but they seem like they should be done with the trichs and all. I'll let them run a bit longer. According to my notes I'm at day 65 from showing flowers. Can't wait to try the MK!

wow thats a long flowering pheno...where'd you get your beans? i'm guessing nirvana genetics?

my Dutch Passion MK finishes in 54-60days but.... i did get a pheno(when i 1st grew my pack out last year) that took 12ish+ weeks to flower that was really dank. heres a pic of it:


rule of thumb when to finish em up is wait t'll you think its done, then wait another week. usually long flowering indicas turn out really really good

Actually the beans were a HomeGrown Fantaseed product. I harvested one 5 days ago. It was shorter and much faster than the ones I'm dealing with now. I sampled some nugg in a vape and must say it is quite alright. It kind of gets my nervous system firing on all cylinders, energetic, mind rushing sort of high.

Well the 69 day buds are better overall. I think it would be much better if they were tops instead of more popcornish. So next plant i will let it all go 70 days. Also i needed the extra days for a better flush because the 61 day buds are kinda nutie.
