so going back to the original chem/dawg it is know that chem did better because of the mineral or chemmy nutes compared to the organic fed dawg. now these plants were exactly the same besides growing method.

i myself tend to used a mixed approach when it comes to growing and flowering my platinum og , orginal headband, pure kush, and skywalker og.

im using general organics ( just switched from biobizz, not quite sure how i feel about them quite yet. alot mire bottles but cheaper inthe long run)

anyways i suppllement with dutch master's foliar tech, both grow and bloom with saturator as a foliar spray and the seem to love it.

I'm no master gardener but I think the whole story about that strain preferring synthetics over organics was just the point of view of one grower who's story happened to be published in the Cannabible.

i also alternate feeding them with the g.o. line with a mix of house and garden's coco A-B drip clean multizen (enzyme) bud xl, top master at week 5 and big up powder first week of flower and weeks 5-7, i have been using basement mix coco blend mixed with myco's and bennificial bacteria as well as kelp and powdered guano from the guano co plus i saturate the soil with compost tea to kick star it. seems to give them an extra boost as well as lush green leaves until about week 7 or 8 in flower. now i usually flush for 2 weeks using flora kleen and i use drip clean with every house and garden application .

that said that is my final mix or the mix i transplant them into 3 gallon pots from 4 inch pots.
while in 4 inch pots i just use straight basement mix and feed only synthetics because organics dont seem to do the trick. using mineral ferts they grow nice and happy, leaves up asking for moore. they are under t5's while under for inchers. i think that about covers my style but let me know if i have left out any critical info. oh and by the way i use tap water which is a perfect 6.5 ph but i do have to use a little ph up when using the house and garden and supplements... ahh i also use botanicare cal/ mag and canna's root stimulater, Boost, and their pk 13/14 . i also use some botanicare products like sweet, the cal mag, and advanced nutrients carbo load and big bud.

so finally to my questions, what are your preference for nutes? organic, mineral nuts, or a combo... how long do you run each strain and please be specific with what strains you are working with and your average yield. what brand nutes? what ph and ec?

im getting about a pound and a half a light with my alternating method ph'd to 6.0. last 2 runs up from 1 and 1/4

i would love to see pics! i unfortunatly dont have a camera! my girlfriend broke it and im just catching up with the bills
