1 1/2 lb ground beef (Not ground sirloin, about 80-85% lean)
1 box of Lasagna Noodles
3 small cans of tomato PASTE
1/4 cup brown sugar
water
1 lb Ricotta Cheese (Small curd Cottage OK)
2 lb Motzerella Cheese
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Onion (Chopped or Powder)
parsley (Optional, appearance only)
Grated dried parmesagne/romano
Utensils
Cake pan, non stick, sprayed with pam/other
Large, deep sided frying pan
4 qt stock pot
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Season while browning. (I used Garlic salt, Pepper, Oregano, and 1/2 chopped onion)
Lower heat, stir in tomato paste. Fill empty cans with water and stir in. Set heat to simmer, then stir in brown sugar, parmesagne/romano, and oregano. Cook over low heat , stirring occasionally. More water may be added to thin sauce. A little thicker than Spaghetti sauce is best.
Add MJ (I used 1/4) just before adding to lasagna. Make sure it is ground/Broken up well. Oil/Bubble hash can also be used. Stir until dissolved/mixed.
Boil noodles until limp but not soggy (Al Dente)
Alternate levels as follows.
Noodles
Sauce
Riccata
Motzerella
For the top level, use just noodles, sauce and Motzerella.
Cover and cook on low (300) heat for 45 min to 1 hour. Cool and serve.
Eating.
Eat 1 piece. Wait at least 2 hrs before deciding that was not enough and eating another. Take a toke. Sit back. Enjoy.
