Let's keep this on topic guys. This isn't about the presidency, it's simply about Arnold saying that he doesn't see marijuana as a drug. I'm sure many many many people including some politicians would like to see marijuana legal (be it in California or elsewhere). The fact of the matter is that the DEA is making way too much money on keeping it illegal, and something huge will have to happen to change that.
