I was wondering what the punishment for cultivation was per amount of plants. For example if "having 20 plants carried the same punishment as 30" then I may consider more plants but if "having 19 plants was less, then I may knock one off." I'm more less looking at cultivation laws and Google is not helping because it is generally possession/distribution by weight. Thanks alot guys.

in my state weather its one or 100 its all the same
It depends on what state your in, and more specifically what county your in and what the sentencing history for a specific judge is.
