looks great wwfb. i have just finished up some hashberry and am waiting for them to spend some time in the jars befire getting on with some serious smoke testing. i found an outstanding (in flower, yet to judge the smoke) blackberry aroma's heavy old school indica type plant that i have kept around for some further testing.

i'm pulling up a chair and rolling a mandala joint for this one. :wave:

hey the hashberry is a strain i have recommended to newcomers that want something cheap yet good :)
please do keep us updated through flower, id love to see your results! looks like one of those plants that makes big ol fluffy buds o hashy goodness hehehe

Apparently its a systemic acquired resistance viral inhibitor. Basically this triggers a plants defense system which when there is nothing to defend off it produces more resin.

If im wrong about this, let me know....

wwfd, i don't do weight but she yields above average and i had one lower than average yielding plant (grown in a close SOG, soiless (JI and pelite, worm shit), 50+wpsf HPS, biobizz grow and bloom, rhizotonic, cannazyme, PK13/14). only a couple of stand out plants amongst my 8 females, one is being kept for further testing. this pheno had a great blackberry aroma on the vine and a really old school indica structure. i haven't gone beyond brief samples of not yet fully cured buds but so far my only conclusion is it needs longer in the jar. the blackberry pheno is beginning to show some of this in the final product and i will wait a few weeks further before giving any conclusions.

those are some nice ladies right there, i hope mine turn out half as good. Did yours have a sweet flower aroma in veg? Im going to feed one plant the GH lucas formula and the rest AN iguana bloom.

This plant got fed a with the GH last night, we will see how it compares to the rest.

Hey did you get a mix of sativa and indica hashberries? How was the strech on both? Mine are pretty damn close to the lights, having to tie them down more every few days. most of the branches are down to the lip of the bucket already.


Any suggestions (Besides flowering earlier)

sawaat dii willworkforbuds, they were very alike through veg in terms of height and structure with some variation in leaf pattern, from thick fingered leaflets to more thin fingered ones but in flower there was mild variation in flower structure which didn't necessarily corelate with the early leaf patterns. the blackberry pheno i selected has a flower and entire plant structure that i hope leans more towards the indian parent.

there was also pretty substantial variation in the spectrum of flavours represented in flower. from a bouquet of berries to a distinct blackberry as to a lemon cleaner that would rival jacks cleaner and then to sweet but more skunky flavour.

after a short cure i thought is was ok but now it is improving daily.

1 week into flower

Things are looking great so far, tops are starting to bunch up to form those delicious buds. There is already a faint odor that i cant put my finger on, but it makes me smile. Everything is going according to plan, couldnt be happier with them.

exellent work so far ,those ladies wont let u down
just finished 2 my self , kept them single colas
dont think i had the blackberry one, but there smell is truly one of a kind :yummy:
mine run to 70 days and still prob could of gone more
