I am likely to relocate to Malta shortly and as such I am wondering about the situation down there.
What are the laws like for possesion and for growing? Is it hard to hook up as a foreigner, any tips that are handy or tricks that can be used?
Any icmaggers currently living on Malta? Would be awesome to meet up if I do relocate, should be final in a weeks time.
