Male skunk #1 autoflowering

Hello icmag forum, fluid here, wondering if the breeding vets could answer me a question, i have 11 skunk #1's that are from old sacred seeds backstock a friend gave me that he bought back in the day. I had 60 seeds and managed to get 11 to pop with the help of giberellic acid and seaweed extract. I have them under 24 hour light and they are just starting to grow out of their sickly mutated form they were in all but a couple. I have one male which is flowering under 24 hour light, i do not believe this to be preflowering but actual flowering. My question is, will this male if used in an outcross carry on the recessive auto-flowering trait and show up in the f2 generation? or is the auto-flowering of this male because of some other reason?

It does look like it's starting to fully flower and not just preflower like you stated.

I would not use that male to breed with. Some of the offspring will definitely inherit the autoflower trait from that male if you do use it.

I was actually wondering because i wanted to use it to create an autoflower line without any lowrider in it, i may end up experimenting with it

Thanks, fluid

Sure, yeah that should work and is a pretty good idea.

Only some of the offspring will have the autoflower trait, I forget exactly what percentage though.

Theoretically if i keep selecting after a few generations i should have a full auto line with no lowryder genetics
