Male? Or too early to tell?

Yep, I've read the sticky, but this is the first time I've gotten plants to a preflower stage.

I've got two. The first one clearly has the two "legs". But the one pictured here doesn't. Yet. The sticky says a male's balls are round, and the female is pear-shaped. This is pear-shaped, IMO, but there are no pistils. What do y'all think?

Outdoor plumbing!

You could pull it out and let it mature outside the flower area and save some of the pollen.

Pollinate for your own beans down the road.
