my M/P which I put in the ground may 1 wont flower.Every other plant I have is in flower stage. i had this issue with the M/P last year (didnt flower) so i moveved it to a diff location,,any help or suggestions? The plant looks great,healthy ,bushy just no buds

That seems ok.
Most of the NLD Ace seeds that I’ve grown outdoors, 38N, tends to start heavily flowering in the first weeks of September.
The plants should be stopping their stretch soon and should be bolting pretty quick here.

Flowers in 12 12 ,better 11 12 , the problem may be too much growth hormone stored in the plant.

means the variety needs longer nights than you are getting right now. I have some plants outside and everything is budding up nice and on schedule for my area 42N except for a few sativa I have. One is a haze bagseed that is done in 65 days but it isnt barey showing pistils yet. another I have which is ecsd x bangi haze has just shown enough pistils to determine its female. Im thinking they will get going in sept .. at some point

Being a pure Sativa, it will take quite a bit longer than others to get started Flowering. Also it will need more time to finish. Good things come to those who wait, the old saying goes. If cold weather is an issue for you, it will be worth protecting her from any hard frosts or freezes as she finishes. Best of luck!!
