Hi I am interested in making some seeds. I have been reading a bit on it and I feal somewhat confident that I can do it. I am limited to indoors. I do have a separate room and grow tent where I can flower males but I am afraid that I still may contaminate my flower room down the hall. So is it possible to flower males and females in separate rooms at the same time, or is it best to make seeds in between grows? Anyone have an answer?

I think it's totally possible, but you will need to be careful.

That's the way I do it. Keep the males in a separate room. Be mindful of where your air intake and exhaust are to avoid unwanted pollination. I collect pollen in a bottle cap or envelope corner and apply as needed with an artist brush. That way I only pollinate select buds and don't seed the whole crop. Just be sure to turn off fans when you pollinate so it doesn't get blown all around. Wait a few hours, spray with water and turn the fans back on.

Get the desired female and male when they are pre-teens, sequester to another area, feed higher P & K always expressed as N-P-K.Find a formula to decrease the nitrogen (N), increase both phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in fertilizers. It is always expressed as N-P-K. nutrients. Let them do their thing.
When you run into trouble is trying to keep pollen from going elsewhere or trying to pollinate too many plants. Let the 1 male/1 female live in the honeymoon suite for seeds.

Well thanks this will be my first attempt. I thought about waiting but I may lose the only male. The rooms and the exhaust are on opposite ends of my home so at least there is some space. And another question after you apply the pollen you spray the branch with water? I thought about just placing the male and female in the same tent
I wait a few hours, then spray with water. That way, pollen doesn't get spread around when you turn the fans back on and you only pollinate the bud or buds you want to be seeded.
I always do it this way, and only end up with seeds where I want them. No reason that you can't just put the two together, but you will seed the whole plant. I have limited space, so this method allows me to make seed, but not seed the whole plant.

Yes, it's kind of like a Bio-hazard, in a friendly way.
Main thing is to change your clothes before visiting a friend's grow because you might be tracking pollen around.
