to make socialy responsible fudge use organic on as many ingredients...
what you will need:
119 grams of "Sweet and Sara" marshmellows for the best
taste and texture also if your a vegetarian. make sure they
are room temp (you can use regular marshmallows also)
290 grams of Chocolate Morsels
313 grams of sugar
2 grams of salt
5 fl. oz of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of cannabutter......super strong (it doesnt call for alot so its best to use the most potent to achieve a nice affect
to make almond coconut fudge just layer the pan with almonds
and coconut to your liking and you will dump the fudge over
this...or you can put whatever you would like....
get everything ready as the fudge sets pretty fast
first get the pan ready. an 8 x 8 is the best however i will
just be using what i got.
Combine the evaporated milk, sugar/salt mix and butter into
a sauce pan on medium heat....stirring occasionally.
once this comes to a boil set the timer for 4 minutes
leaving the pan on the heat and start stirring constantly
for the entire 4 minutes.
once the timer goes off immediately take off heat and add
the marshmallows and chocolate in no specific order and stir
vigorously until its all melted
once its melted immediately dump it in the 8x8 pan or
whatever you have set up for the fudge to harden in.
place it in the fridge for 2 hours and its done.
If you layered it with almonds or anything just flip it out of the pan of course
Refrigerate when complete for best results
enjoy
