you can get the same material at industrial screen printing supply stores for around 5$ a yard.. just do a micron to mesh count conversion. hope this helps someone.. also it leaves a bit of room for creativity

There are many suppliers of monofilament mesh online; not only screen printing supllies. What you're failing to mention is that for ice water sieving you want polyester monofilament screen as it won't absorb water like nylon threads do.
