hello,

i have a sativa dom plant that hermied, after feeding....

(i know less food next time)

------------

it is in a small flowering tent with several other plants, that maybe have 2+ weeks left to finish, with a couple alot longer.

the plant in question looks like it will be the longest to flower, if you note the developing trichomes (4+ weeks left (???))

i have noted some "unusual browning of pistils on other plants" already, although perhaps water spray damage...

- what would you do please ?, baring in mind, the other plants will hopefully be finishing soon (i don't really like chopping plants down and no requirement for sinsemilla, although less seeds preferred)

i think theres to many to really consider trying to get them individually.

thanks for any suggestions!

Not all "naners" open and release pollen. The only time I have actually seen pollen was from a full male flower at the node of a herm plant.

If the stigma received pollen, they will recede and a seed will begin forming in the calyx. Those in-the-bud type anthers usually only pollinate the immediate are if they open at all.

I would leave it to finish. Its not that bad. You'll still end up with good shit. Most times, I find at least a few naners & seeds tucked in lower buds. Scraping a plant at 9 weeks because of a few naners is excessive. WHen a female goes so long without geting pollinated, she will try anything to produce seeds.

thankyou!,

it's just annoying, with withered pistils also instead of nice fluffy, and then harder for me to judge peak harvest if pollinated.

like minus 15 % harvest for exponential increase in perceived quality for everything that may have come in contact with pollen (...with additional garbage to smoke whilst the other is drying).

i will try and perservere with the magnifying glass and spring scissors and increase my chances.
