Magnifier question

I have a 30X 60X Jewelers Loupe and it's a pain to use so would this Headband Magnifier do a better job at seeing the trichomes ?.

it looks like that is only 1/10 the magnification.

i use a hand held 60x to 120x microscope ($15 several decades ago). that shows the trikes just fine, but the field of view is very small - so a very tedious process to find amber trichomes.

i want to get a microscope that plugs into my cell phone. one of these days.

I'm returning a USB microscope 50 to 1000x as I can't hold it steady enough to see any thing, My oneplus phone shows the same quality but I can't hold it steady enough to see any thing well enough. This is what I was thinking of buying I had one I used when I was a machinist and you could see defects in metal without having to put it right against your face.

To be honest a decent camera, whether it be on your phone or not, can take a picture good enough to zoom into and check the colour of trichs.
