Magnesium Def.

I've got a magnesium def 34 days into flowering.
I'm 100% sure it's magnesium...

I tried giving her organic nutes to try and get some magnesium in her, but 24 hours later she still has the small rust specks on her fan leaves!
What's the next thing I should do...?
Flush the soil or spray her with dolomite lime?

Please help!
Thank you all very much

Get a pic 1st.

If it is a mg defieciency either spray with lime or use epsom salt.

Check ph too. I think mg deficiencies are often mistaken. Never jump to conclusions, a lot of deficiences, toxicities, and ph problems can look similar or have similar symptoms.

Plant centre or nursery should have it as a polverised powder at least ... That looks more like Calcium deficiency to me mate (bt im no expert on defeciencies - or spelling lol) ... Dolomite lime should cure it if it is calcium or magnesium def bt people say to watch ur pH (which is weird coz doloite lime is sposed to level pH rather than excessively raise it) bt i'm not sure coz i find pH testing to b anoying lol.

Anyway, good luck an and if u wana c the best plant problem thread, check this out, it has EVERYTHING u need!!!

That is not magnesium; that is a calcium deficiency going. a very progressed one at that. Can you give me more specs about your grow? And can you try to answer these questions as much as possible?

btw thanks green finger for the compliment :)

ARE YOU USING?

SOIL:
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? (percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered?
When was your last water?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

No problemo Stitch, I post that thread to everyone who wrongly identifies their plant problems lol ... it can b hard to learn wat ur plants want and wen they want it and ur thread has helped me heaps, especially wif identifying the def in the first place, so thats why i always pass it on!

O and I found my own way to cure all the defs i get lol (this may not work for everyone so dnt blame me if u try it and it doesn't work, it mite jst b particular to my grow) ... I get powder ferts and jst mix them together and mix chuck a hand full ova the soil, mix it in then water as normal (which is wif EJ liquid fert for me) ... The powder fert i use is; When Vegging - Blood & Bone (7-6-0), Rose Fert (4-6-10) and Dolomite Lime; all in about equal quantities ... When Flowering - The same bt i add two parts Rose Fert to one part Blood & Bone (jst to keep the P-K up there)

Cheers all!!!

P.s - Check out my retarded plant lol
The main stem goes to a single leaf, the silly bugger topped itself naturally some how ... sort of lol
