strain searcher i have a 12x optical lens digital camera im still learning whats ya secret to getting those clear macros.Are you using anything else to magnify with ?? Would love to get some decent proper macros shots happening

I have a Nikon D50 with 105 full manual macro lense from 1977. But that alone wont give these shots. Really getting to know the camera and dialing in your aperture and shutter speed will also give you clear colorful shots. So I shoot nothing in auto mode only full manual. Also If I had used a tripod they would have been even sharper. So take a month or 2 and hang out in some photography forums and put as much energy into that as you do growing and you will be happy.
