Mac N Cheese?

Anyone ever try to make Kraft Mac N Cheese with cannabutter made from clarified butter or even just cannabutter in general?

it works and is good. add some shredded cheddar or other cheese makes it even better.

I have made hella mac-and-cheese. 1/4 of butter and extra cheese just like endo says.

I actually had Diesel mac-n-cheese about a week ago. Kinda getting burnt out on the canna butter as it's getting harder to choke down. Going to try a EtOH extraction now.

u can try to clear your butter of that green, taste, boil some water then drop your butter in and steep for 20-30 min. do not boil, then resolidifly, do this once or 2twice it will pull the green taste out of the butter. not all but some of it.. maybe make it a little nicer tasting.. the other thing i heard was that adding a little honey and vanilla extract to your butter will help the taste as well. works good in cookies or brownies.

if the butters taste really offends you.. you can try using an extract like a hash oil from the source material in the cooking as well

I'm going to try and "adapt" this recipe this weekend, i thought i'd share it with you guys...(grandma gave it to me :noway: don't tell anyone!)

Fill a deep boiler (3 qt. or larger) 3/4 full of water. Let boil.
Put 2 cups of macaroni in boiling water and boil til macaroni is tender and fat.
While Mac is cooking:
Melt about 3 tablespoons margarine in a skillet ( large skillet)
Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, til smooth.
Add 2- 3 cups whole milk or canned milk and continue to stir. When this mixture starts to boil,
lower the temperature to medium and add 2 cups grated or cubed cheese. Let cheese melt. Mixture should be thick and smoothe.
Drain water off cooked macaroni. Rinse starch off with hot water. let drain well in collander.
dump macaroni into baking dish or slow cooker. Add cheese mixture and stir well. Let stand in slow cooker on low temp for an hour or set in oven for 20 to 30 min on about 350.

i LOVE thanksgiving/christmas or just sunday dinner when i'm visiting the family. This stuff is soooo good, i could eat pounds of it
