It have happened a few times for me to, not this much tho. But I would tie them together with some kind of line and leave it for a week or two, before I remove the line.

I usually tape it up with electricians tape, plants are very resilient to mistakes...it will be fine.

Put some masking tape on it. I've seen worse booboos survive.

I found it's a bitch to remove the tape after it have grown together again. Never thought to use masking tape, should be much more easy than with some plastic tape. Thanks for the tip!

It feels like I strangle the plant if don't. But if you do like jellyfish and use masking tape you should not need to remove it. Just do like he suggested and forget what I said :D

I've fixed broken plants for many years, tape works fine,,,at a certain point in flower, she won't waste any energy or nutrients trying to repair it...tape it and forget it...JMHO

Perfect, that's how I do it also..works great. I actually wrap 360 degrees around/up/down/over/thru in 1 complete pass. Whatever works to seal the joint up, so air and heat don't dry it out...and the electrical tape stretches with the plants growth.

If you're worried about the tape, take a drinking straw, and cut off an inch or so. Split the inch-size straw down the side. Slide it over your wounded plant and THEN tape. Not my original idea, but it works.

I've seen peeps stretch clear food wrap around branch, then tape that on also...whatever works.

Gorilla tape, shit is super strong duct tape. Use that for everything.

Last time I was buying it at Home Depot I saw the gorilla glue - was wondering it that's how they came up with the name. Awesome glue. Awesome strain seems to make sense. But probably not the case...

They also have stuff for drummers and guitar players, so they don't drop their sticks or picks, called Gorilla Snot.

@ OP i heard of an old timer tying broken branches with hemp or cotton twine and filling in any open wounds with beeswax, i bet unscented parrafin would work too.

@ phases GG #4 supposedly got the name because of how sticky and strong it can be. reportedly gumming up scissors bad enough to wreck them. I was talking with my friend just earlier about it. i posed the theory that maybe due to its color it would be named silverback or something but was suggested GG because of the famous super sticky and awesome heavy duty tape.

i dont know about all that but i saw some last weekend and it was the real deal. never saw pot in a bag that looked like it. ever. super green/grey/silver/white. beautiful smoke. one person hanging out refused to believe it was weed! ha :)

If I leave it as it is will it cause major problems? There's still a good amount of stem connected although it is a bit of an open wound!

Weed!"
That's when you know you got some chronic!!!

Yeah it would make sense that name has something to do with the gorilla products. The tape is super strong. I won't even use any other tape I have so much gorilla tape around my room. That shit will rip the paint right off the walls, which can also be annoying - bit at least you know your panda plastic will stay where it's supposed too!
