Here is my belated growlog for JD Lowryder.

I have registered at Highbred, but never got 'accepted' or validated or whatever. This is not the only site that i have posted some of these, but this will be the most concise.

You can see the method of my grow. They are currently in a DWC (since about day 25).
Also since D25 they have been growing under 4 24W High Output T5's.

ppm 1050
pH 5.8

Botanicare
PBP Veg & Bloom
Liquid Karma
Cal-Mag Plus
Silica Blast
Sweet
Hydroguard

Also
Superthrive (while vegging)
GH pH Up & Down

Hanna 98129 pH, ppm & temp meter.

Well without further Ado,

Day 18 male (the others are relatively this size)

Day 24 (The 4 females, they were still not in my setup. they were only being hand watered.)

If you go back and reregister i'll make sure you get in. I just was made admin over there and a bunch that for some reason hadn't been ok'd and I cleaned house. Check the email addy that you used to register and you may have the OK now already. But don't check now as HB is down for some reason. But i'll be looking daily at the new registers to ok them and get them on board.

btw nice grow you have going

Quote "How tall are they?"

well they are only 6", but like i said they have been treated rather poorly. I had only one light, for a while, and two projects.

Day 54
started flushing 2 days ago.

I found some mold (it looked like cobweb if anyone here is familiar with Mush Cult. I imagine it could plague both endeavors) on the bottom right. It did not reach the stem so i hope i caught it early.

Any thoughs on that 'rust' on the bottom left? I could look it up, and have just been to lazy to do so, & im flushing now, so it not like i can correct it.

Here is a close up of my biggest. It is the only one that put out side branches, but again, they were not treated optimally

A side shot, left to right (the above pic is on the LR in the front left here)

It feels nice to be rolling down hill now (flushing that is). I can finally see the end of the road. I'm thinking i'm gonna harvest next friday or saturday (5-6days). Have smoke 10 days later (depending on the weather & humidity).

The lights just clicked off, but next chance i can, i will get a root shot. They are quite pathetic. IMHO. I coulda done a lot better, but this has been a wonderful learning experience. I have am using the knoweledge of this grow, to help with the flowering portion of my other grow. For instance, the rust spots i have, i think are a K def. I did not use a bloom enhancer with the Lows. Put i now have a bloom enhancer for my ScrOG, so i doubt i will end up with rust spots on my ScrOG.

Thank You for your kind words. I will be posting all the details. :joint:

Ok here is a pic of my veg/lowryder cabinet. You can see my ph meter & my Mushroom Pipe.:kos: Among other things.

Here is that root shot. I figure the lowryder could be atleast 2X as big as i grew them. I did not allow them ample root space until about 3 weeks ago(Day 25). Even then i was not keeping the water level high enough.

As you can see from this pic. I used sliding cabinet rails, so i can easily slide the container in and out of the cabinet. It cost me about 2" of space & they claim it can hold 100lb. HD for $4.95.
The door swings down (instead of to the side like most) to the ground. I thought i would be swift and use European/hidden hinges. This way the door would look just the rest of the cabinet, but when i put the hinges on the side i could no longer slide the bottom out of the cabinet. It was catching on the door.
DAMN double engineering. I tried to improve too many things a once. Both are good ideas, but they did not work together even though they were not directly related. Anyway, i ended up moving the hinges to the bottom of the cabinet, so the door is out of the way of the sliding bottom. :joint:

Day 59

Well the front two have pistils which are still pretty white to me. the back one on the left also.

But...
The far right one has some changing pistils.

And it was attacked by mold.

From my mycological (if you don't know, look it up) experiences, i know that most molds will die in the presences of H2O2. So i tried to swipe it all with a soaked Q-tip, but after looking at the pistils i decided to harvest.

Here is the same plant trimmed

You can still see the mold in this pic.

The other 3 are still flushing. Probably will stay there until they start to show more deficiencies.

Sorry to hear about your loss so close to harvest.

Those look like they'll be yummy anyhow. I want to try LR as well, but I was going to use a 600w HPS. Hopefully I'll get a good yeild and avoid that mold.

I'd like to hear about how much you harvested after you're all said and done.

Good luck with the rest!

Day 63

Well you can definately see that they are flushing. About 20% of the hairs are orange. Most of the Trichs are cloudy. I just got a RShack Pocket Microscope, Great IDEA!

Here is the Showcased Indica and Sativa

Day 64

Decided to cull

Thats my AK clone behind that cola. It is sitting in a closed bag with Bontanicare growbag mix. It is my only vegging plant.

shroomdr u have some of the best LRs i have ever seen... really great job u have done with these girls...

i finished a lowryder grow about a month back.. under 240w of CFL in a 1ft x 2ft space, and mine grew up to about 1.5ft and branched out quite a lot...

i see urs has grown into one nice little kola... i dont understand why mine grew taller and branched out the way they did... the side branches only grew these tiny little fluffy buds,,, and the main kola was really airy to... one plant yielded 18 grammes dry and the other was 12 grammes...

anyway excellent job shroomdr...
