Lowest temp before growth is affected….

I am leaving for a trip in a few weeks (time away is 3-4 days)….Since I am stupid paranoid about fires and shit most of my house and as a result my grow is going to shut down…

The plants i have in flower will be relying on natural sunlight while I am away. daytime temps outside are 50-55 Fand night time temps are 30-32, If I set my thermostate to 55 dg F while i am away will this be too cold to support growth???

It will be too cold to support growth for sure. The plants won't die however. I know from experience. If the plants are only in veg, you are good to go. Temps that low wont kill them. It may retard growth for a couple days, until temps get back to where they should be. If your plants are in flower it is going to greatly effect the yield. They wont die that's for sure though...

I wouldn't let them under 64 degrees F (18 C) if I wanted them to grow fine or under 40 degrees F (5 C) if I wanted to still have them alive with big chances to get back on track once the temps are restored.
