Lowering light to 14 hours to prevent flowering

Im sure this is probably answered or just offered up in another thread so a link there is fine as well. Id like to know a safe time frame and increments to take clones from 24/0 to 14/10.

you need 16+ hours light to keep in veg

I was going to say you will probably have flowering plants with 10hrs of darkness. I wouldn't lower it more then 16..

So without supplemental light theres no way to keep a patch from preflowering aside from them going outside later?

I wouldnt put em out without supp lighting this early and you may need frost protection for a few weeks longer depending on elevation. Most people dont put em out until May, doing it in March might be too early
