lowberry auto grow, bad soil or genetics? please help :)

Hey everyone,

Growing some lowberry autos from dutchbreed, and having some issues which i'd like to figure out!

I've grown the following autos straight into biobizz allmix in the past without any problems at all.

lowlife mix
lowlife white russian fems
buddha white dwarf fems

then i've got some diesel ryders in all-mix and they showed very slow growth but i'm running a new set up and i think that may have been humidity related but not sure either.

i ran 3 lowberry 3-4 weeks earlier than these batch in one litres, females double potted when they sex. 1 male mutated/very small. another male that took ages to show sex but seems fine. and one female small and slow but healthy grow- 10 days into flowering and taking off now.

These lowberry have been planted straight into the 6.5 litre wilma quare pots, some are in straight biobizz, some are in fresh biobizz/canna mix and some are a canna/re-used biobizz mix.

they have had plastic clear beer cups over them since sprouting as humidity is 30-40% (temp 75-78) wasnt sure if low humidity was the issue from the previous batch.

why are you uping the humidty when they have broken the soil ?

high humidty is only needed to germ the seed or for cloning

id be guessing the prob was to humid but it looks more like nute burn

blueberry is naturally a more nute sensitive strain, and lowberry is no different. looks like obvious nuteburn its going to be tough to save those lowberrys now but for your next run I would go with a lower nute soil like happy frog(you can always add nutes but you can't easily remove them).

Happy frog was just an example any low nute organic soil is always a good starting place.

genetics are fine DB is great.. yeah looks like nute burn.. hope u can save them..

For sure either nute burn or the humidity dome allowed water to build up on the leaf ridges and the light burned the ridges. Take the dome off and flush with a mild food mix.

yeah thats the one downside with autos once you stunt them they cant recover because of the lack of veg period.

Yes i have noticed this too. Gotta do it right from the get go to get the better harvests with autoflowers.
