Low stench, good yield, 60 day finisher

Hi Guys, i`m sure with the collective knowledge of this great forum, someone somewhere will be able to point me in the right direction for all of the above. I`m currently on with armegeddon, and to be blunt...she stinks..carbon filters a plenty, she stinks me out..Now my better half has given me an ultimatum, get rid of the stink...or knock it all on the head. What i`m looking for is a very low odour strain, that still packs a great punch, finishes around the 60 days mark...and is still a good yielder. Height has to be a major consideration due to a low celing height. i`m happy to SOG or just let them go.

Anyone know of the breed thats gonna keep me and her happy.?

Ha HA get a new woman and a stinkier strain...........LOL...

She no matter what you do will smell it...even if you find a no smell strain she will inevitably say she smells it....IMO there is no arguing with a woman....

Try reconfiguring your exhaust and how it is allowing odor to enter the other rooms ???? I would say that you should probably invest in something like a small ozone generator, or negative ion, charcoal works nicely but doesnt zap it all. IMO

This will allow you to grow whatever you want and keep her happy...LOL...maybe......

i`m a little confused over ozone..i own a small generator but have been told that having ozone generator in the grow room can kill the plants..is this true or not.? If not that might just cure my problem.

dnt no if ozone can kill ur plants ... it can certainly f*** u up tho, IMO DONT USE OZONE - dat mite jst b me ...

Try Citronella Oil (Citronella oil can be used in an open faced dish and placed into the growing area. As it evaporates it will help to disguise unwanted odours and it is also useful in helping keep pests out of the indoor garden.)

Or if its available to u try Nilodour (Nilodour Concentrate is commonly used on air filters which are then placed over an exhaust fan to help eliminate unwanted odours. Alternatively, you can place a few drops on a small dish and place it inside the growing chamber.)

U could get a negative ion thingy aswell if they available bt i've neva used them so i couldn't tell u ... i hav a dust filter (fluffy cloth stuff lol) over my air intake and jst put a drop of nilodour on there and on my exhaust wen eva the smell gets bad and it seems to keep the smell at bay (and i haven't had to use a carbon filter so far - the area where my cabinet is is well ventilated) ... If u use nilodour, dnt use too uch or it well smell worse then the plants lol

i got a good yield and low smell from early misty by nirvana seeds it did great indoors and yielded good. It was also one of the top 10 smokes that have gone down my piehole.

Try NL#5 from Britsh Columbia Seed Company

I grew some out a few years back with almost no smell until the 6th-7th week of flower.

Amazing strain, good yield, low flowering time and short stalky plants
Not to mention frosty lemony smelling buds

ozone generators can be used in the room in short time increments...

i would not advise putting an ozonator on in a room and just leaving it on...

it will destroy the leaves quick..

i had 1 plant going one time, was in its last two weeks of flower when i decided to purchase a uvonair ozonator because of the overwhelming stench. Well dummy me decided to put the ozonator in the box with the plant on full blast. The smell was completely eradicated...but when I woke up the next morning to check on the plant, the leaves were all curled up and distorted like you would never believe. I almost had a heart attack. The leaves then turned yellow... ruined the overall quality of my bud because i had to chop early since the leaves were not aiding in photosynthesis anymore.

moral of the story is that you should use a timer if using ozone generator

+1 I am not familiar with the specific seed company but a nice NL would be a good choice. 60 days is about right for NL5 and low stink and easy to grow/clone with nice yields. And the lemon nugs are nice.

Mandalas Hashberry will fit that bill perfecty,....the lowest stretching strain ive ever seen in my life and compared to anything else in my garden it really registers about a 3 outa 10 on the smell scale. But the smoke is amazing and the yeild is awesome...i had a 1 ft tall HB that yeiled 36 grams dry.
Oh and it was ready to cut down in 57 days...coulda gone to 60-65 i guess but it had 15-25% amber by 57 days

good to get that report on the hash berry, how long would you recomened veg , head room is no problem, I like a 3 to 4 foot flower finish hight.

Well if you LST Hashberry will remain very sshort in stout, i wouldnt LST and veg until HB is about 10 inches tall then flower, and you should end up with like a 2 ft plant, but dont let size confuse your thoughts on yeild, its yeild very very good.

If you let her veg say 1 to 2 months will she hit the 4 ft mark at the end of flower or is it a waste of time to veg her that long?

If you veg 1-2 months that will be one huge bitch!

Depending on strain I usually start flower after a 3-4 week veg when the plants are well established and lots of nice bud sites. Also depending on your setup try using netting and evenly spreading out your growshoots to maxmize yield in smaller areas, for this type setup you will need a longer veg period.

Big Dark Green Sugar Coated Buds to you !

nah if you veg Hashberry for 2 months your going to have a relly nice plant, as long as you keep it healthy. it would not be a waste of time.

Hashberry is alot cheaper and i know that Mandala has the best customer service out there and ive never had a seed from Mandala NOT germinate...i think Mandalas genetics and customer serivce and also prices are unbeatable...the only thing is it buds in 10-15 days longer...but if your going to veg for 2 months anyway..if i were yuo i would definetly go with HB
