Low CFM high pressure fan needed?

Hello there, I would like your opinion on a grow cabinet I want to build.
I’m designing a small cabinet of the following dimensions 1’ x 2’ x 2’ for a total of 4 cubic ft of growing space with 60W worth of light (led bulbs)
Temperatures are quite cold during the night between 40°F and 50 °F, so I would turn the lights during the night so they can heat the space.
According to the ventilation sticky, I would need around 5 CFM to keep the temperature in the desired range of 70°F – 85°F.
A 40 or 60 mm PC fan is what I believe best for this air flow, but the problem is that I want to attach a carbon filter (A MUST), so what exhaust fan would you suggest.

Six Gummi Bears and Some Scotch

Vortex Centrifugal Inline Fan VTX400, with a Variac speed control,
4" x 12"scrubber.

I use this set up in my rig, slightly bigger footprint than yours.

You could use the PC fan, but why not go with the reliability of the
combo I, and many growers, use.

Costs more, but if stealth is an issue, a no brainer.
