Lost a friend and true s

Luther Burbank

The world is a little less bright. Just lost a very close friend in my immediate grow circle to the big C. He was a saint, a bodhisattva, a straight up darvish at times. Dude grew some excellent weed over the years and always believed letting nature get on doing her own thing was the best way to grow a plant. Been told there's a bunch of seeds he left in the fridge for me. Won't make up for losing a friend.

Sorry to hear about your loss Luther.

That is the cycle of life, we are born from the earth and return to the earth when our time is done. I'm sure if your friend was a man of nature he understood this cycle well, and maybe finds peace in completing the circle.

My mother once told me, people only die when we forget them so as long as he is in your memories he will always be with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. Having recently lost my wife, I struggle for acceptance so hard. I am able to find something like it when I think about the plants. Given as gifts for both births and deaths, I try to take some comfort from them as I tend to their need. I am glad you have the seeds. I hope you may as well.

Gry I'm sorry for your loss. The older I get the more important loving people around us seems. It's the only defense a person can have against death.
