I've been lurking around these forums for a while. The people here seem friendly and helpful. I was curious if anybody had some strain suggestions that fit what I am looking for.
I'm a medical cannabis patient looking for a couple of sativa strains with uplifting, creative and social effects with no nasty dysphoric couchlock. I've read through the forums quite a bit so I have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for but would love some more advice on which strains people have tried and liked.
Basically I am looking for two medium sized indoor sativa strains that take less than 14 weeks to flower and have at least average yield. High potency and yield is alway great but its not as important as the quality of the experience. I am currently very fond of super lemon haze and chocolate diesel to give you an idea of my tastes. Strains that are easy to train would be a plus.
I'm looking for one strain with sociable, happy, motivating and clear headed effects with no couch lock or burn out. I love strains that make me laugh. The VB x Thia looks really incredible. I was also thinking about Nep Jam, Tikal, or Gautamala for this?
In the second strain I am looking for a heavier and more psychedelic effect. I would love a strain that still has a nice positive vibe , but that will also send you soaring into a very different mental space. Intense, creative, mind expanding smoke that radically changes one's perspective. More clear and complex rather than muddy. The Panama looks like a great fit or maybe Bangi Haze or Congo? I know that sativas are generally very poor for pain relief but are any of these strains decent for it?
Some of aces longer flowering plants look beautiful but they are just a little too extreme in their needs. OE sounds nice but I fear the high indica content. Indicas are anything but soothing for me. I seem to have problems with most of the hybrids as well which is unfortunate since they are good for pain and inducing sleep, both of which are useful. I just wish they didn't wreck my mood, motivation and mind the way they always seem to. The only exceptions to the indica rule I have found has been hybrids made with DJ shorts blueberry strains. A few of those were amazingly serene and happy. They are still couch locking and dumbfounding but with no dysphoric funk. I wonder what makes the blue berry different. It might be interesting to cross a good blue berry with something speedy and motivational like bangi haze.
Any strain suggestions would be appreciated.
