Looking for some plans that you've already been through

I'm not a total newb and this'll be my 3rd round. But in a new house and a new room setup. I'm currently in a closet and that's not the easiest place to work in.
Running 1 600w for flower and would like that to be in a 4x4 or 5x5 with about 6 plants.
Then I already have a nice veg box that's 2x4 and using a 4' T5 light.

I'm looking to split a bedroom in half. I'll build a floating wall with an entry way. In side it'll be bare floors with the carpets removed. I'd like to walk in this room and have my workstation and water station right there. Then on one side of the room will be the flower area and the other side the veg area. The room will act as a lung room so I can keep the portable ac and swamp coolers outside the grow rooms themselves but ventilation will allow these grow areas to pull fresh air from the lung room which doubles as my work area.

I'd like to build the flower room out of 2x4 but I'm not decided yet on what to use for the wall of it. Visqueen plastic or something. Not sure. I have most equipment that'll be needed other than another inline fan and building materials. I'm basically just looking for some advice on things to look out for but mainly some plans that some of you have. I love looking at others setups but my idea is a little different than most.

Please share any and all plans with a picture or link or both. I don't need the simple things, just the layouts and plans with any advice that you pros would like to suggest.
I'm In coco coir with blumats.

sounds like the beginning of a good plan... how big is the bedroom? is it adjacent to water lines/drains? are you legal and how close are your neighbors?

Water lines are on other side of wall so I can work off those for H20. Neighbors house is a booger flick away... always legal...
