like the thread title suggests, I'm currently looking for property w/ a house(condition doesn't really matter, as I can fix the right place up to suit my needs) somewhere in the triangle or other outdoor friendly areas. I honestly don't know what area's to specifically look, although good schools near by are one of my top priorities I would like to be able to do 99 ladies in 200g smarties(that is flexible although ideally I'm looking to be in area where a solid majority of the places around me will be the same. obviously I'm looking at a bit of a late season start considering where I'm currently at in the process.... I'm probably going to be making a trip into the arcata area in the next week or two just to take a look, but I would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance! fwiw my budget isn't huge, so area's that may not be too inflated may be most suitable.
