I am not sure why Deepchunk thinks its bugs. If you look at the tip of the leave its clearly not a bug issue, unless there are two separate issues. Based on relief's expert information i would say you should review my thread above. The yellowness around the edge of those leaves and the overall look leads me to believe its leave blight.

but it is a leaf blight, I would not really be too worried about it, those look like older fan leaves, just pick off the damaged ones. Let the plant get some air inside of her.

It also looks like you are having some nute burn in these blight areas, mainly due to the plants weakened state at those areas

i do think its old damage of a bug....those spots always take a hard beating when there is alot of food to to there disposal
if she's not to far in flower i would just treat the lady's with some bugrepellant....if its only for the preventive measure
