Look at the leaf and tell me what's wrong

My temps are colder than usual at 70 F with 40-50% humidity in 1 gallon of coco. I have been feeding less to slow down the big stuffsome so that the little things can catch up some. I have only been doing this for about 3 days so far. I am in the process of making a small veg chamber so I can have a continuous crop.
The leaves look a little blotchy as well. Mostly the older leaves have small spots like rust spots. It seemed to be where I would spray with water. I have heard of the chlorine in water making brown spots on leaves.
The scan of the leaf isn't as good as I hoped. It looks like small brown circles near the oldest leaves edges. It seemed to stop from getting worse when I fed again, but not get better. The circles are still faintly there.
This isn't a major problem but I would still like to know.
thanks

What are ya feeding them, and how much? What is the pH?
I give them 1/6 - 1/5 strength feed every other day. Sometime for a few days in a row if they look like they want it.
As I said before, I am feeding a little less than that now. Maybe 1/8 - 1/6 strength. I don't know what PPM.
The runoff pH is damn close to 6.5 with a liquid test kit. I have pH down. I bought it when I thought I had the room for a NFT table. I don't.
Lots of stuff says to keep your soilless medium at a pH of 5 - 6. Should I lower my pH?
I did the whole last grow without any major problems as far as deficiency's go. I think I was a little short on Mag so I gave some epson salt and within a few days everything was green and vibrant.
Could it be a mag deficiency with the hydro nutrients I use?

You need to feed them and get the PH down to around 5.8.

You don't need to spray your plants with anything unless you've got a serious insect problem or a disease.

The damage will probably never heal since the tissue under it is dead. Just watch to see if it continues spreading after you feed them - this could indicate a lockout of nutes from another source if it does spread.

Not knowning the details of your setup/plants/environment it's kinda hard to give any more info...

A 4x4x5 room with the walls covered in mylar. I use 1-Gallon square pots filled with Ready gro (thumbnail at the bottom), which is a coco mix with ammendments. The temps in the drawing are wrong. I don't have the filter hooked up either. With the mylar hanging it is 4x4. I only use 4x3. Temps are around 72F with 40%-50% RH.
I have a 400 watt MH agrosun in the tube. I plan on adding a 400 watt HPS as soon as I figure out what to do about my little Blue Sattellite 2 seedlings. I want to make a veg chamber for them to grow until they can be budded. It's too early since they are only 5 inches or less and not even 2 weeks old. If you have a good plan for a veg box please send me a link or something!
I was going to clip off a clone from each plant when I start budding. To keep it if it is something special or a possible male to make some seeds.
Are these good Ideas? How much will the HPS raise the temperature?

About the leaf spots, What could it be?It is yellow looking spots with brown centers. It has popped up on 2 of my plants big old leaves. I have also noticed a few fungus gnats. Is it because I spray everything with water or maybe underfeeding? I have always though spraying is good. I had low humidity and it helped keep it up. Could it just be that this strain needs more nutrients?
Thanks for taking time to read and diagnose my symptoms.

u should show the entire plant...so we can identify what node and over all plant health...one leaf is very vague...you dont want a bad diagnosis ?
