Longest flowerd with 400w?

Whats the longest anyone whos used a singel 400 hps befor for flowering im at 56 dyas ad it just dosnt look like im going to do the 8 weeks... i might have to strech it 9 maybe even 10 :O

Im growing all indicas everyone one of the strains is over 60% indica...

My 1 train wreck looks like its only 2 weeks in but it got mad little popcorns up at the top Coverd in hairs and crystals.

Next grow i gotta get less strains this is going to be a mess!

The 400 won't make the strain take any longer than it would otherwise if that's what u mean? But to answer your question - 14 weeks for a special cross with special Mexi bagseed, under a 400.

Make sure that your flowering room doesnt have any light coming in. Indica strains should have more then a hair covered popcorn bud on top at 56 days. If everything is OK it sounds like you may have some Sativa plants....How old were the plants when you switched to 12/12?

ya i think thats its jj cuz the train wreck turned female 1 week into flowering.

Im not as woried now that you just said that now i rember sum of the plants were prity small. god 2 months is a long time LOL...

I am in my 10th week of a crop of NL rated as a 8 week starin. As long as they are still beefing up....go for it. Check the trichs like the previous poster suggested...but ignore the amber trich theory. Just go by cloudy and clear. Amber trichs are more a symptom of starin. I have had amber trichs after 4 weeks of flowering. Does that mean it's ready?
Just wait till at least 50% of the trichs are cloudy. That is a better gauge of maturity.

Mine are around 45 days in, and if all your getting is some popcorn buds..something must be wrong! How close are you keeping your 400 from the plants tops? it should be 10-12 inches.... light diminishes very quickly with HID's so you alwayz have to have your lights as close as possible without burning the gals. -Opt

Get into your flowering room, shut off the lights and tell me what you see. Light getting in will delay your plants and eventually help them go hermie. Your light should be 10 or 12 inches over the plant.....

I'm at 9 weeks on some bag seed and I'm getting tired of waiting. No change in pistil color yet either and my grow room is closed from external light..... Hopefully I dont have to go to 12 weeks

CF: If it's Mexi bagseed it could take 12-14 weeks.
